Package A – Do it yourself Butterfly Party
Suitable for any age
What is included
• Hire of the party room for 2 hours
• Entry to Butterfly World & Farm Park
Food Options
• Bring your own party food
• Pre-order cold party food box for children - £4.75 each

• Birthday child and 2 adults - free of charge
• Additional children aged under 3 years - free of charge
• Additional children aged 3-4 years - £5.00
• Additional children aged 5 years and above - £5.50
• Additional adults - £8.00
• Hire of party room - £60.00

Package B – Butterfly Party
Suitable for 4 years and over only
What is included
• Use of the party room for 2 hours
• Entry to Butterfly World & Farm Park
• A 30 minute handling session for the children either small mammals or reptiles.
N.B: Children must be 5 or over to handle the reptiles
• Cold party food box for children

• Additional children aged 4 years and above - £13.50
• Additional adults - £8.75

Package C – Softplay Party
Suitable for up to 8 years old
What is included
• 75 minutes of play
• 45 minutes in the party room
• Cold tea party
Please note food/drink is not provided for adults unless ordered and paid for separately

• Birthday child and 2 adults entrance - free of charge
• Monday to Thursday - £13.50
• Fridays, Weekends and Bank Holidays - £14.50
• Additional adults entrance - £1.00

Suitable for up to 8 years old

• Use of the party room for 2.5 hours
• 1 hour play in softplay
• Lunch (children only)

Cost
• Birthday child and 2 adults entrance - free of charge
• Additional children aged 3 years and under -£10.50
• Additional children aged 4 years and above - £17.50
• Additional adults entrance - £8.75

Please Note
• The cost of the room hire, entrance fee and any food ordered must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the date of the party. NO refund will be given for cancellation or no attendees
• You will be required to exit the party room promptly, in order to allow staff to clean/set up for following parties. Failure to exit the party room promptly could result in you being charged an additional room hire cost
• All Butterfly party attendees will receive a wristband, this will allow them to re-enter Butterfly World & Farm Park on the day of the party, until closing time
• Your party time begins at the start of your party, if members arrive late this may reduce your play or handling time depending on your party package
• You are responsible for all your party members at all times
• No bookings will be confirmed until a booking form has been received along with a non-refundable deposit
