Please Note
·
The cost of the
room hire, entrance fee and any food ordered must be paid in full at least two
weeks prior to the date of the party. NO refund will be given for
cancelation or non-attendees.
·
You will be
required to exit the party room promptly, in order to allow staff to clean/set
up for following parties. Failure to exit the party room promptly could result
in you being charged an additional room hire cost.
·
All Butterfly party
attendees will receive a wristband, this will allow them to re-enter Butterfly
World & Farm Park on the day of the party, until closing time.
·
Your party time
begins at the start of your party, if members arrive late this may reduce your
play or handling time depending on your party package.
·
You are
responsible for all your party members at all times.
·
No bookings will
be confirmed until a booking form has been received along with a non-refundable
deposit.
