We have worked with Environmental health to ensure that we do the utmost to protect the customers as well as the fish. The water is treated, tested, cycled and filtered every day. As well as that, we also use a UV steriliser. This kills off 99.9% of germs.

We also rest the fish everyday from 1.30pm to 2.00pm!
